The window inscription runs across the bottom of both windows and reads
'To the Glory of God and in sacred memory of Fred Johnson King, 21st Battn, KRRC died at Aldershot April 4th 1916 in his 28th year'.
Fred is also remembered on the St Edward's War Memorial Plaque and on the war memorial outside the church of St Thomas and St James, Worsbrough Dale.
